Full Job Description

We are looking to hire a motivated Executive accountant who is capable of performing work at minimal assistance. We are seeking a self-starting executive accountant with a passion for helping business solve their financial related plans.

Duties and responsibilities

·       Prepare and review client and company transactions in QuickBooks

·       Produce financial account reconciliation limited to cash, AR, AP, fixed assets, investment, and equity

·       Prepare client invoice and payments

·       Prepare payroll, filings for clients

· Prepare and review month-end, quarter-end close process applicable to each client including the preparation and review of supporting schedules, reconciliation and analysis as required

·       Preparing monthly and quarterly client reporting

·       Assisting in the preparation of timely information and liaising with other departments to ensure tax deadlines are met

·       Perform bookkeeping and general ledger function

·       Make apt correction in vendor account

·       Assist sales team in collecting payment from customers

·       Preparing financial statements, tax forms, and other reports using accounting software such as Quick books or Peach-tree End of Year

·       Processing payroll by calculating tax withholdings, processing payroll deductions, and recording paychecks in employee time books

Qualifications and requirements

·   Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance

·       Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an account executive

·   2 years proven experience with Quick books software

·       Deep understanding of the business sales process

·       Attention to detail and accuracy
