Responsibilities
Responsible for thedevelopment and
implementation of sales and marketing strategy, teams andachieving
sales revenue targets including direct and indirect field sales,sales
operations and administration, product and brand marketing
andadvertising. Building motivated and high performing sales and
marketing teamthrough effective leadership branch management.
· Developand implement sales and marketing
strategies that are in line with businesspriorities and set targets.
Ensure these strategies are effectively cascaded toall sales and
marketing team in a timely manner.

Researchand develop marketing opportunities and plans through a
correct understandingof consumer requirements, identification of
market trends and recommendation ofsystem improvements in order to
achieve company’s sales target and marketinggoals.

Preparing,analyzing and monitor annual sales and marketing department
budgets which arein line with company objectives to ensure that the
team is staying on targetwith estimated cost vs the actual costs and
spending.
· Ensureall sales and marketing
operating policies and procedures are compliant,regularly reviewed,
communicated and implemented in line with stocks andaccount system of
the company and the country's local authorities.
·
Developdigital marketing strategy through the identification of
economic indicators,tracking changes in supply and demand,
identification of customer’s current andfuture needs and monitoring
competition to ensure successful promotion ofcompany products.
· Provideleadership, coaching and development
opportunities to sales and marketing teamby ensuring the same
activities are cascaded down in the department. Ensureappropriate
knowledge, skill-set and succession plans for the key positions arein
place for the team.
· Drivestrategies to
increase product awareness and visibility through properidentification
of all new showroom location and product visibility of theexisting
showrooms in line with business direction and industry trends
Requirements

Knowledge andExperience
· Bachelor’sDegree in
sales and marketing, business management or equivalent
·
Minimum7 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and business
development with ademonstrated history of working in a real estate
company.
· Able toidentify and separate out
the key components of problems and situations
·
Able tomanipulate and interpret information from a range of sources,
and to spotpatterns and trends in information and to deduct cause and
effect from this
· Cangenerate a range of
creative solutions, evaluate them and choose the mostappropriate
option.
