We have an exciting opportunity for a NZ Registered Electrician to join our Industrial Engineering team in Hamilton on a permanent fulltime basis. This position will form part of our newly established permanent night shift team. Base wage plus attractive shift allowances apply, including generous penal rates for overtime.
We will develop and upskill you, allowing you to obtain applicable licenses and endorsements. We are looking for individuals that have the right attitude, and who are keen to learn and develop in the role.
You will:
- Be part of a key support team responsible for maintenance of production machinery and site services.
- Perform preventative maintenance and participate in projects and upgrades.
- Work in a busy production environment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- You will hold a current NZ electrical registration and have experience in, or a desire to work in our manufacturing environment.
- Are open to further industrial training and development to acquire new skills and develop into the role sitewide.
- Have the ability to work in a team or unsupervised.
- Be reliable and responsible.
- Have good communication and time management skills.
- Are technically competent.
- Can demonstrate awareness of health & safety in the workplace.
- Have basic computer literacy.
- Permanent evening or night shift, Monday-Friday
