training programs.
Job description
A management and leadership trainer is responsible
fordeveloping and implementing leadership and management training
curricula for avariety of organizations. The job involves facilitating
training sessions,workshops, and seminars. They provide one-on-one
coaching and mentoring toindividual leaders. The trainer evaluates the
effectiveness of management andleadership programs and makes
adjustments as needed. The job responsibilities of a management
andleadership trainer include;
· Develop and
implement management andleadership training curricula for a variety of
organizations.
· Facilitate training
sessions,workshops, and seminars.
· Develop and
design management andleadership development programs.
·
Provide one-on-one coaching andmentoring to individual leaders.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of managementand
leadership training programs and make adjustments as needed.
· Design materials, such as handouts,activities, and
assessments, to support the training program.
·
Research new and innovative methodsfor training.
·
Keep up with trends in management andleadership development and best
practices.
· Utilize technology,
includingmultimedia and virtual platforms, to enhance training
programs.
· Monitor and track participant
progressin management and leadership training programs.
· Carryout remote learner sessions and reviews
in a timely manner
· Assessand coach Leadership
and Management up to Level
· Supportlearners on
a one-to-one basis through numerous means (face to face andremote).
Requirements
Qualification and experience
·
Must hold a masters degree in Socialsciences, public administration,
leadership and management, or any otherrelated discipline
· A minimum of 3-5 years of provenexperience in a training
position.
· Experienceof
delivering Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor and/or Level 5
Operations/DepartmentalManager Apprenticeships
