Job Summary
The suitable Candidate will be
responsible foroverseeing all aspects of the sale of real property.
The candidate will also be tasked with developing
newbusiness opportunities, managing client relationships, and
providing leadershipand guidance to other members of the organization
Duties and Responsibilities

Meetingregularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in
order to identifynew opportunities for sales growth

Establishingand maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in
order to develop newbusiness opportunities

Negotiatingcontracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are
satisfied with the termsof the agreement

Identifyingopportunities in the market to increase sales volume or
profit margins throughnew marketing strategies or product offerings
· Coordinatingwith other members of the team to
prepare for events such as open houses or newhome launches
· Presentingoffers to sellers on behalf of clients in
order to facilitate negotiation ofprice and terms of sale
· Reviewingmarket conditions and identifying trends that
could impact prices or interestin a particular neighborhood or area
· Meetingregularly with clients to discuss
their needs and concerns in order to identifynew opportunities for
sales growth
· Devisinga highly efficient real
estate marketing strategy
· Overseeingthe
progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities
· Monitoringthe housing and property markets to
identify potential leads
· Maintainingcontact
with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates
· Cooperatingwith current business partners on
potential projects
Requirements
Qualifications and skills
· Portfolioof previous marketing projects
· 2 +years of experience in the real estate
sector
· Thoroughknowledge of the real estate
market
· Expertisewith project management
software and CRM systems
· Bachelor’sdegree in
Marketing, Communications, or Finance
