기존 업체의 장비및 영업관리 업무와 신규 고객및 영업 파트너 개발의 업무를 수행 합니다업무 수행 시 한국Food
packaging 사업부 부서장에게 보고하며 동시에 한국 팀 내에 다른 영업 담당자 및 엔지니어와 밀접한 협업이 요구 됩니다.

업무내용:
- 실드에어의 4가지 주요 제공가치 ( 파손/반품 최소화, 과대포장/포장단위 최적화, 작업능률 극대화, 고객 만족 극대화 )를 토대로 실드에어의 전문화된 솔루션을 통해 지역별로 새로운 고객과 Business Partner 개발/발굴 활동을 통하여 조직의 성장을 견인 함.
- 기존 고객과의 공고한 관계 유지를 통해 실드에어 및 실드에어 솔루션에 대한 고객 만족 극대화 추구
- 정기 고객 방문을 통하여 실드에어 솔루션 및 장비에 대한 사전적 관리 점검을 통하여 고객 불만을 사전에 차단 함.
- 고객에 대한 장비 및 솔루션 교육을 통해 현장에서 고객이 직접 효율적으로 문제를 해결 할 수 있도록 함.
- 고객및 비지니스 파느너의 요청 사항에 대한 대응
- 실드에어의 새로운 솔루션에 대한 프로모션 및 교육 수행. 또한 이를 통한 고객의 Feedback 및 개선 사항에 대한 청취 및 보고를 통해 지속적으로 실드에어 솔루션에 대한 높은 완성도 추구.
- 고객 채권 및 고객 불만 사항 접수
- 현장 경력 최소 6년.
- 장비 출장 수리 및 고객 불만 해결 경력
- 팀원 및 고객과 원만한 소통 능력을 통해 협상 및 문제 해결 능력
- 긍적적인 마인드로 자기 개발을 위한 노력 및 영업 담당으로써의 자기 관리 유지를 위한 노력
- 증명된 문제 해결 능력 보유자 우대
- 컴퓨터관련 기술 및 MS office 경험.
- Value selling 기술 및 경험
- 영어로 읽기와 쓰기 가능 ( 중급 )
- Food packaging / Food processing / chemical industry 영업 경력 우대
- 지방 및 해외 출장 결격 사유 미 해당자
