A vital role in ensuring Customers satisfaction and the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating with various departments to meet production targets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Develop and maintain production schedules that meet customer demand, optimize resource utilization and minimize loses.
Analyse demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity to make informed production decisions.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure work orders are executed according to the schedule.
Monitor and adjust production schedules in response to changing circumstances, such as machine breakdowns or supply chain disruptions.
Prioritize production orders to meet customer delivery requirements, considering order due dates and product specifications.
Communicate production schedules and changes to various departments, including production, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination.
Implement and maintain production planning software, tools and BOM to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Identify and resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks that may affect the production schedule.
Ensure that efficiency standards are met in all production activities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to production schedules, on-time delivery, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
